Default 1993 Camry won't start

So, I "did-it-myself" and replaced a head gasket on my 1993 Camry.
It was running fine, just leaking a little oil into the coolant.
I cleaned everything and put it back together.

Now it won't start. It sounds like it is spinning VERY freely. Its not a normal cranking sound, its more like a whirring. I am getting spark (at least to #4) and there is gas coming from injector 4 (when I pulled it out).
I think it must be something easy but haven't found any loose connectors or missing vacuum lines.
Is there something special to do following a battery disconnection before the car will start?

Thanks in advance.

The engine should start after battery reconnect without issues.

If it has spark and fuel suggest you start by rechecking the cam/crank pulley alignment.
