Default 1997 Camry Driver's Seat Won't Raise/Lower

I have a 1997 Camry, as the title says. The driver's seat will not raise or lower when I turn the manual ****. The **** itself it fine, as is the splined shaft.

I took the seat out of the car, and I see that when I turn the ****, the small gear that is supposed to raise the seat does not turn.

Is there a fix other than buying a new seat? If I need a new seat, I welcome your advice on finding one.

Thanks.

Probably a better question: what other model years or other vehicle models have seats that are the same as the 1997 Camry? My search of the auto salvage databases has been pretty narrow. If I knew a range of years or some other models that are compatible, then I think I would improve my chances of a hit significantly.

Thanks in advance.
