Default 2000 Camry Idle problem

my 2000 Camry has 160,129 miles on it
i got it from the dealer bout 6 months ago
but my power steering fluid was leaking so i put in Lucas Power Steering Stop-A-Leak
i was quart low on oil, i always get my oil changes on time, its due for one in 2000 miles
i got the Lucas Oil Stabilizer

1000 miles ago when i got my oil changed i used Seafoam =)
n well
When i turn the wheel all the way in any direction the car gets a tad bit louder and it starts idling heavier like you can watch the RPM's go up a lil bit n if you hold it their the RPMs stay up a lil bit

i remember when i first got this car about 8,000 miles ago it didnt even make a sound when it was running

so my question is why does my car idle more when i cut the wheel all the way?

Why would the motor get a be louder?
just wondering! Thanks!

Also when i push the pedal sometimes it feels like somethins between the pedal and the floor stopping me from giving it gas... then when i give it enough pressure to go down it goes too far like im mashing it!
notta big problem here... i just learned to like try n click my foot like hit it harder with my foot then i normally would n let off n then give it gas
or its kinda reminds me of kick starting a dirt bike lol you know what i mean?

Plz help me =)
P.S Nice forums =D

The gas pedal will not go to the floor?

Or it does move but the engine does not rev up?

like if i let off the gas...(its Stiff) its like gotta safety on it, so i cant give it gas without kickin it (or clickin it) lol
so if i stop at a red light... i gotta kick the pedal before i can give it gas
or it will move down half an inch and there will be no rpm's or giving it gas untill you apply force like you was gonna floor it

Open the hood and find the throttle pulley on the throttle body. Determine if the pulley rotates freely. It does have a return spring.

The throttle system uses a cable. One cable may run to the cruise control box, then another cable to the throttle pulley.

The pedal may also be sticking.

If you have cruise control follow the cable to the box, the cover comes off easy enough. Remove the cover and watch the action of the cables as someone presses on the gas pedal.
