Default 2003 camry timing chain

this is an update on mine previous post. 2003 camry timing cover repack. The first time I did not put the engine on TDC. The 2nd time I did the proper timing marking, without removing the timing cover and the chain tensioner. I did rotate the damper CW until I got the correct marking. The movement of the damper felt smooth. Now the engine will not start. I sound like the starter is not aligned with fly wheel. Did I damage those parts or misaligned them while lifting the engine. Could someone advise me.
Thank you and be safe

starter motor looks like a hi torque type

the battery might be a bit flat after all that cranking and no start or charge

will make starter sound different

check starter motor is flush with the housing no gap at the holding bolts
