2007 Camry - AC/Heating Problem
I have a 2007 Camry that recently developed an AC/Heating problem. When I first start the car and turn the fan (blower motor) on it does not turn on. If I leave it turned on the fan (blower motor) will eventually turn on after about 1 minute. In addition, it only blows out room temperature air no matter where I set it. Can someone help with a diagnosis? Is this a blower motor resistor problem?

The blower motor is controlled by a microprocessor inside the motor. The climate control computer sends a signal to the microprocessor to adjust speed. There is no resistor.
The hot/cold air is controlled by an air mix door on the passengers side of the center climate control box assy (air moves through this to the various outlets). he door is controlled by an electric servo motor.
Adjust the temp and determine if you can hear the servo motor operate or see the door movement control arm move.
Is this a manual or automatic temp control system?

It's a manual temp control system. I tried to listen to the servo motor but I'm not sure I heard it move. But when I change the temp from the ac to the heat side there is a difference in the sound of the air flow. The other thing I wanted to add is when I start the car cold the fan will not turn on right away. The air flow selector yellow light will blink for about 30 seconds and then turn off. Then the fan will turn on.
