The washer for the rear window on the Camry wagon that I inherited doesn't work. Unfortunately, to pass Pennsylvania inspection, the washer has to work so I need to get it fixed or fix it.

I started to look into it today and found that the washer reservoir is buried deep in the engine compartment.

Is there an easy way to get to it?
