Place cardboard under the engine compartment to catch the fluid and narrow down the leak area.

Check the follwing:

The area where the pump driveshaft enters the pump. There is a seal between driveshaft and pump housing.

The ends of the steering rack where the rubber bellows are. The seal between push/pull steering rod and steering housing can leak. PS fluid can build up inside the bellows.

Area where a PS hose attaches to the reservoir, etc,

Hoses that transition for rubber to metal where the metal end portion is crimped the rubber hose.

All of the above can be easily inspected feel for signs of oil with the engine off.

There are dyes that can be added to the fluid that will glow under UV light to show leaks.
