IAT circuit on 89 3fse
Hello there. My name is Zach and this is my first post on the camry forums. I have an 89 DLX All trac with the 3FSE. I recently became interested in a GForce chip just out of curiosity and ordered one. It came in and only uses two wires and polarity can be neglected. My problem is I cant locate the IAT circuit. I know the IAT is somewhere inside the air flow meter. I have photos uploaded and would like to know which two wires I need in order to connect this GForce.
The first photo is the connector that hooks up to the air flow meter. The second is where the connector hooks into the air flow meter and the fourth photo is a diagram label. The third photo is a wiring diagram which I believe the wires hook up somewhere inside the red area. The last photo is of the internals of my air flow meter showing where the terminals are located.
Also note that in the first photo the E2 on the left has no wire leading to it but the one on the right does. I don't know if that means anything or not.
Any help would be awesome. I'm curious just to see what this chip actually does and if it does anything at all for that matter. I can get my money back but I want to install it and see what happens. Any Ideas?
Thanks
- Zach

Well that was a huge waste of time. I tried the chip and it did absolutely nothing whatsoever. DO NOT spend 75 bucks on this please. Do yourself a favor and forget GForce chips exists. I'm calling today and telling them I want my money back.
