Union bolt stuck on power steering pump
I am a total newbie not only on this forum but also working on my car.
I am in the process of replacing my power steering pump. However, the union bolt on top is unmovable. It almost seems like the gasket melted under the bolt. Anyway, I cannot get the thing to budget all which has obviously stalled all progress.
Any ideas on how to get that bolt out?
Thanks

The gasket may be two gaskets combined. The lower and upper with a connecting band in between. The bolt is torqued to 38 ft lbs.
If there is a wiring harness going to the fitting make sure you remove the pressure switch on top before the fitting.
