1999 camry
My 1999 camry driver's side electric window buttons won't raise or lower any windows. The other three doors' window controls work just fine. Is there a separate fuse for the master control control?

From my experience, if one window switch doesn't work but the others do, then it is that particular switch.
Exceptions would be a visual inspections were the is some visible defect in the switch or wiring.
