94 V6 Camry - OBD1 or OBD2
This has been under debate since a long time. As far as I know is 1994 vehicles provided with the early OBD II systems include Buick Regal 3800 V6, , Lexus ES3000,Corvette, Ford Thunderbird & Cougar 4.6L V8,Toyota Camry (1MZ-FE 3.0L V6) , pickup T100 (3RZ-FE 2.7L four), and Mustang 3.8L V6.
take an insight to this and you will get more info,
TOAD PRO: OBD Scanner Software for ELM327 on OBDII OBD2 Cars
1995 vehicles with OBDII follow the T-Series pickups,
Ford Contour,
Chevy S Blazer ,
Mercury Mystique 2.0L four,
Chrysler Neon ,
Nissan Maxima Cirrus and Dodge Stratus,
Eagle Talon(nonturbo) 2.0L DOHC
If you need the retrieving codes , check this image
If you are looking for an OBD 2 scanner then you should go for #Autel AL519 Autolink. Convenient and affordable to use.

[QUOTE=toyomoho;11233]Think Toyota started using ODBII on the 1995 Camry with V6 option. For sure all cars had ODBII by 1996. A car with ODBII would have a sticker on the hood stating this.
This car has ODBI (or whatever Toyota calls it). One does not need a seperate code reader for this car as it has an indictor output system using blinking lights. The number of codes is very small compared to ODBII. The dealer has a plugin reader for this system but have never seen any aftermarket types for sale.[/QUOTE
I actually own a 1994 Toyota Camry sedan it has both OBD 1 and 2 the OBD1 port is underneath the hood the OBD2 port is on the driver side behind a little cubby spot it's where your fuses are
