Default 96 camry lost electrical

My camry when I turn the key to the on position. It only shows the airbag indicator light and will not start. I checked several of the fuses and there isn't any power getting there. At a loss. Battery is good but no continuity at fuse box . Please help.

No continuity at which fuse box?

Does anything work in the car if the ign switch is turned to on?

Do the head, tail and stop lights work?

If no external lights work such as head, tail and stop lights, check the 100A Alt fuse. Location is engine compartment, in a fuse/relay box next to the drivers side fender.
