Strange.

Take out all 4 relays and recheck.

If still on, determine specifically what is still on plus check for power at 12v power outlet, heater, taillights, stop lights and clock.

 

so i pretty much narrowed it down to the acc relay. no one has it in stock so i have it on order. of course its working fine now but i wont chance it. thanks for all the help. will let you know what happens with the new relay once it comes in
