The P0441 and P0442 codes are related to a leak in the cars fuel tank evaporation emissions system.

Typically problems are leaking gas cap, corroded gas tank filler pipe, leaking vacuum system hoses, leaking charcoal canister, non-working VSV valve for canister.

The P0420 code could be the converter or a failing A/F sensor. But typically the
sensor(s) would set their own code.

The converter has an extended EPA mandated warranty, check your owners emissions warranty manual that came with the car.

Could be 80K or 8 years.

Thank You TOYOMOHO!
I will try replacing the gas cap first with an OEM part (lost one at a gas station & got a replacement from an Auto part store); and clean the MAF Sensor. The car has 110K miles on it so it no longer has EPA warranty. The CEL stared happing after I did a SeaFoam treatment through the crankcase.
Do you think this has anything to do with the engine vibrating when the A/C is turned on? As soon you turn the **** to the off position, the engine doesn’t vibrate anymore and returns to idle normally. Any suggestions???
Thanxs!!!

Appears unusual for a car of this year/total miles to already have a bad converter.

Suggest a Google search on this car for issues of the computer setting the P0420 in error. Some models of Toyota have has this problem.

An emissions test for NOx will tell if the converter is not working.

As to the engine vibration, when the AC compressor turns on it places a load on the engine. Does the idle RPM drop a lot OR drop a little then quickly pick back up.

What is the engine idle when the AC is off and on?

Unless an EVAP vacuum hose connected to the intake manifold was leaking the codes and rough idle should not be connected. In this case the idle would always be rough.

If a converter is really plugged up it can cause sluggish acceleration.

Red face OBD2 Live Readings - Autotap.com

Toyomoho,

I used my AutoTap software to pull some live readings:

The engine started with a 14.5% engine load and idled at 682 RPM, when the A/C turned on the engine load reached 22% with a max RPM of 698, when I turned A/C off the engine dropped back to 14.5% load and the RPM’s read 744 and dropped back 684 RPM.

Does this sound right? Any suggestions?

Thanks!!!!!

As for P0420 code, yeap the CAT. Coveter needs to be replaced.

The idle is supposed to be between 610 and 710 PRM for an automatic trans with AC off.

Typically the idle is a little higher when the AC is on and would cycle up an down as the AC compressor turns on and off.
