car is running but everything quit working

All my gauges, tail lights brake lights, power windows and locks, and windshield wipers all stopped working all of a sudden! Please help?

Check fuses under the hood as well.

what is a super moderator?

And thank you! We did check all the fuses, he just found an alt fuse that is 100 volts or whatever but its 100 something. Hopefully that is the problem?

I hope it's not 100 volts, lol. Did the fuse fix the problem?
