ther are 3 wires that are not connected witch are on the E-10 or 28pin connector of the ecu a orange wire for the Park/Neutral position swith pin #2, a yelow and blue wire for the park neutral position switch pin #10 and a white wire for the Data link connector pin #28. Can't find no color that matches on any of the terminals of the ecu.

These wires are what you have left over or are not connected or the ECU pins are not connected?

Can you check the COR relay to determine if one of the solenoids (assuming it has 2) is getting 12V when the starter is being cranked. This might also still work if you disconnect the 12V power to wire that engages the solenoid, thus no need to actually crank the engine just turn the key to start.

the wires are left over and are not connected 2 the ecu, the starter is cranking and the engine is geting spark but the fuel pump is not activating when i turn the ighnition key.

Don't know.

For 1994 1MZ-FE Park/Neutral wire goes to ECU assume to aid in controlling the IAC valve. Trans in neutral or park, less load on engine thus time for the IAC valve to adjust idle.

Data link might only be used if downloading trouble codes.

ECU may detect airflow in MAF or have a switch inside the MAF either would signal the engine is running.

Check the wires at the COR. With ign key on, one wire for the relay switch should be hot (B+), the other wire to the switch should go to the fuel pump. For the solenoids, one wire ground, one should receive DC power when engine is cranking, the other when engine is running.

You can always jump the B+ and FP wires at the COR or the Data Link to get the engine running until you figure it out.
