Default Intermittent long crank before start or no start

OK, my sister has a 2007 4 banger Camry. Changed spark plugs about 10 k ago been running fine til a month ago. Pulled checked plugs OK. Engine had rough idle. Cleaned trottle bottle and idles better but has now developed an intermittent no start. Engine cranks but won't start. Changed maf, battery, starter, check fuel pump operation, changed keys. If you start and stop it will start right back up most time, but sometimes iit will be long crank before starting as other times she will try for 10 mins and no start. Removed fuel pump line and it pumps while cranking but don't know if pressure drops while sitting. Now we also have an occasional click click no turnover. Trying to locate the fuel pump and starter relays to bypass and jump to test. I found that the return less fuel system doesnt prime before attempting to start, just when cranking and running. How much should fuel pressure be when idle and hold when shut down? Location of starter and fuel pump relays? Checked all fuses too.

Thanks

Issues can include:
Cam or crank sensor failing
Ign key chip problems. Try another key, remove key from key ring.

Fuel pressure is 44-50 psi. With engine off pressure should be 21+ psi after 5 minutes of sitting.

The relays may be buried engine room relay box under the headlight fuses.

If starting and only a click noise check battery terminal connections and starter solenoid.

Thanks, our dad called a mechanic and he mentioned the possibility of the cam sensor, seemingly common problem with aging vehicles. Tried using the different keys already.and beings my dad just put the new starter and battery in it could be loose connection. I checked the battery already. Relays ill take another look for them if she doesnt bring to a mechanic. I worked at a dealership for awhile baxk in the day,14 + years ago, but dont have the tools to do as much anymore.

Thanks for the reply.
