Default Please Help: Gauge Fuse & Charging System (99 Camry)

I have a simple question that the people at Toyota Nation apparently cannot answer.

When the gauge fuse (10A interior fuse block) is blown, does the charging system still work. Yes or no. That's all I need.

Here is a very basic diagram of the plug to the voltage regulator in the alternator.

[ Alternator ]
|
|--- White Wire ---> 5A Alt S Fuse ---> 100A Alt Fuse ---> Battery (+)
|
|
|--- Yellow Wire ---> Warning Light & Daytime Running Light Relay
|
|
|--- Red w/ Blue Wire ---> 10A Gauge Fuse --- Blue w/ Yellow Wire

Continued from Blue w/ Yellow Wire:

---> Ignition Switch ---> White Wire ---> 40A AM1 Fuse ---> Black w/ Red Wire

Continue from Black w/ Red Wire:

---> 100A Alt Fuse (Splices into 2 wires to same fuse.) ---> Battery (+)

According to the wiring diagram no.

The alt needs 12V to the field coil wiring to generate power. The Gauge fuse is connected to the IG terminal (red/blue wire) of the alternator. The IG terminal is what supplies this power to the alt and regulator.

White and yellow wires are for the regulator voltage sensor and alt light.

Large wire (red/green) carries the charging current to battery.
