Brake and parking lights work at night, not in the daytime... Never seen this before.

Checked all stop and parking light fuses and all look good. Not sure what's going on and any ideas would be appreciated.

maybe it work in day time it's just the light is not bright enough see the light. That's dangerous you need to replace the light with good once immediately.

Can you explain this better?

Are you stating the only difference is it is day or night or are you turning on the headlights/running lights, etc?
