I have some codes for this problem: P1300 and P1310. I also just ordered some genuine toyota ign. coils. Should have them in a week. They have been replaced twice in 6 months. They were low cost parts so I'll see if the Toyota coils fare any better.

 

Oh! almost forgot. I tried a new ECU and it didn't help the problem. Still threw the same codes.
