Default 2.2L No Compression

Hi, I have a 1998 Camry with a 2.2L auto. There is about 120,000 miles on it and I had the timing belt changed at about 100,000 miles. Oil is always changed every 3,000 miles. I was on a 400 mile road trip, the car was running great until I got about a mile from home and it just died. Gauges were fine, nothing out of the ordinary. I restarted the car and it sounded terrible drove about 100 feet and it died again and wouldn't start. There was a huge puddle of coolant in both places where it died. I checked the oil, looked good, just changed it before the trip no coolant smell or anything. Pulled the plugs, looked good no sign of wet or coolant. Did a compression test, no compression in any of the cylinders. The car will turn over just fine, you can see the pistons moving. One thing I did notice is that the water pump looks like it started leaking recently.
Any ideas what might be wrong? How much it might cost to fix? I called the foreign engine exchange and they didn't have any 2.2's but tried to sell me a 2.0 said it would bolt in place. I've had a couple people tell me not to do that.
I appreciate any help or suggestions.
Thanks
Brian

Pretty much, there is enough if you hold you hand over some of the cylinders you can feel alitte bit of pressure. On the last two cylinders the compression gauge got up to about 10 psi after five or six revs of the engine but the first two cylinders had nothing after cranking the engine for at least the 5-6 times.
