2000 Toyota Camry - Evap Code Issues

I think it fails the test. The engine struggles -a little-, but it seems to be running fine with a vacuum.

Does the engine need to be cold?

Cold or hot does not matter. Engine should be at idle. If the engine stumbles when vacuum is applied, the EGR system is working.

Get a mechanics mirror (small mirror at the end of an adjustable stick) and look behind engine for VSV's (vacuum on/off solenoid) Determine if the smoke is exiting the valve(s).

Just wondering if you have resolved your camry issue with the trouble code: P0446 ? If yes, can you share what was done ?
