hey dude thanks for the reply,
after much research i have decided to that a 3mzfe block mated with a 1mzfe head would be a better choice for what i want since the 1mzfe already puts out a lot of power for a family car engine - if it eventually happens i'm going to supercharge the whole thing and make it worth the swap.
So since my query is no longer about the 3sgte i won't risk getting modded and move my discussion to an appropriate thread.
