Default 98 Camry won't start

bought a 98 camry with a cracked piston, we remaned the engine all new pistons rings bearing etc.. installed the engine hooked up all the wiring and sensors and engine will not start. We have good fuel psi at 50lbs and plenty of it. almost seems like the engine is flooding itself. Replaced coolant sensor and double checked for spark very hot white spark is what we found. Engine cranks over just fine with a battery charger on it the whole time. cant seem to figure this one out.
Thanks Josh

Is the timing correct, timing belt installed correctly?

Check all the wiring hookups. A non-working IAC valve or TPS sensor can cause starting issues.

Does the engine have both crank and cam sensor, if so check both.
