Camry 05 Pulley

Hey I found a lightweight pulley for my car. My questions are how hard is it to change, if I can not do it what should it cost to have changed and would it be worth changing 10hp?

Well I changed it out Saturday afternoon and I can feel a little difference. I would say that it is a better mod than a CAI because the only difference was sound.
