Default Timing chain

I have a 4 cylinder 07 Camry with 112 miles. I've taken good care of this car for the past 11 years but it just started making a noise in the engine bay. I suspect it's the timing chain. Does anyone know how much it would cost to replace the timing chain? Any suggestions on a good mechanic in the Chicagoland area.

The internet has videos with sound of timing chain rattle. The engine is a 2AZ-FE.

Could be the timing chain tensioner or something else.

Use a section of rubber hose as a stethoscope to narrow down the area of the noise.

Cost is around $1K. For possible recommendations of mechanics try posting at the Toyotanation website in the proper year Camry section.
