'05 Camry Steering Wheel Shakes a LOT!

This used to happen to my 1995 camry, at about 70 MPH steering wheel would jitter/vibrate. I got new tires/balance, completely went away. Kinda ironic though because, I just bought a 2005 camry a few days ago, its doing the same thing, lightbulb quickly went off on my head "i need new tries/balance". If its doing it when you break as well (mine is) its probably your rotors.
