1991 engine problems

Default 1991 engine problems

whenever it starts, it just the engine sounds choppy, like if you listen to the exhaust, it sounds weird. when you rev it high, it jus dies and is really really hard to start. what could be the problem? im thinking it might be either fuel or vaccum, and if it is vaccum, how do i pin point the issue? any help please?

Sounds like you have a cylinder not firing. Maybe try new plugs fuel filter and air filter. That would be the first less expensive thing to try. From there i would go to the fuel injection system.
