Default 1999 Toyota Camry; AC/Heat Vents, Rear Window Defroster, & Headlight issues.

1) No matter what position I put the fans on with the switch they are stuck blowing out of the driver front left vent, passenger right vent,
& front defrosters. (That’s not even a setting, so I’m worried it’s more than just a fan switch.)
The two front center vents don’t have any circulation, and neither do the floors.

2) Now when I put my back defrosters on in the winter time, my FM station goes out. AM works perfectly but FM is all static.

3) now for some reason my Headlights are always on no matter what. The weird thing is if I have my brights on and switch the handle to turn the headlights off, the brights turn off and headlights are still stuck on.

I thank you in advance for helping me fix these issues!

The lights never turn off? If so how do you keep from running the battery down?

What type of stereo system as in stock, aftermarket?

Automatic or manual climatic system?
