I'm ready to fix my 2002 Camry 2.4L, but I need help identifying a gear in what appears to be carbon fiber. Can anyone help me identify this part? I need my favorite car back!

 

Where is the gear located on the engine?

The gear is shredded and appears to be related to the cams. I called the local Toyota stealership and the counter person referred to it as a camshaft gear assembly. I've looked online for this part and don't see it, even on YouTube the videos I've viewed don't mention it.

On this engine the balance shaft gears are plastic.
