2002 Camry Engine running rough

If the noise is coming from the manifold its probably leaking there, which is causing an uncontrolled air leak which is showing the o2 sensor a very lean mixture so it is dumping in way to much fuel causing the rough run. That would be my take on it anyways. Hope this helps.
