Default 2004 Camry V6 Throttle and Transmission Problems

So I have a 2004 Camry 3.3l V6 3mzfe with ~100k miles bought brand new 13 years ago. The problem is when taking off from slow speeds, the throttle takes some time before the car actually responds. Most of the time I have to give it a bit more gas, causing the car to launch forward and kind of bogs a bit. Other than the throttle, the transmission also shifts super hard. At randoms times, the car shifts super hard causing the car to lurk forward. This is especially dangerous because it happens in parking lots. Oil is frequently changed, throttle body recently cleaned, fresh tires and alignment, timing belt and spark plugs changed in the past 5k miles, Mass airflow sensor cleaned recently, etc. I cannot find out why this is happening other than possibly the manufacturers fault. If there are any solutions, please let me know. Thanks.

Was the trans fluid ever changed?

Have you checked the trans fluid level?

I don't remember exactly when the transmission fluid was changed, but upon inspection it is bright pink and levels are where it should be.

Check throttle and shift cable adjustment.

Beyond this it could be internal. A bad solenoid valve or valve body issue.
