All of a sudden I can't open my driver side rear door. I unlock the door and pull on the handle and the door opens about 1/4". Door lock actuator? And if it is, how do you get to the actuator if you can't open the door?

 

I guess it need to be open from inside the car, I think it just lock up.

 

You tied the inside door lock?

There is a secondary lock. Try the inside door lock while pushing on door.

 

I wish that was the case. Won't open from the inside either.

 

Tried from the inside. Same result.

 

Don't know. There may be enough space with the door partly open to remove the door panel and access the locking mechanism directly.
