Smile 2007 Camry V6 Coil Issue vs ECM

Hi Guys:
I have a 2007 Camry SE V6, with about 30,000 miles on it, and this past week, the check engine, VSC, Traction control warning lights all came on!
The car did "buck" a little but is fine now. I took it to the dealer and was told that I needed to replace coil 6 and possibly coil 2.
I find this a little hard to believe as the car runs great. Some thing that is intermittent like this would normally point to the ECM/U???
I have seen a few posts concerning this, but our Canadian dealers seem to be a little slower dealing with the V^ issues as not that many of them have been sold here.
Anyway, your assistance/guidance is much appreciated.
PS, I was one of the first Transmission people in 2006 with the wierd shifting.
Thanks:

Hi Guys:
Quick update. I sent the error codes (they were on the invoice) that were produced by the dealer that I first went to, to the dealer where my wife bought the car and he agreed that the codes that were produced do NOT point to the ignition coils being faulty. I am scheduled to bring them the car next week so that they can run a few more tests on it.
The car continues to run perfect even though the warnings lights remain on.
I will post an update after next week's appointment.
Have a great day:

Take note if the TSB applies it will specify if an additional warranty period applies.

The EPA has its own warranty on the computer for emissions purposes, and some states mandate a longer warranty. Check into this if the dealer starts stating you need a new computer, etc.

Smile The Problem is fixed and It's NOT the Coils!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Guys:
I just returned from taking the Camry to the second dealer to fix the supposed engine coil problem.
NOT the engine coils!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The codes that came out, similar, but not quite the same: P0300,P301,P302,P303 pointed to the CAM oil control valve issue!
Under Warranty, they replaced ALL 4 Cam Timing control valves and the car runs better than it did when it was new!
I guess it pays to get a second opinion. I have requested a refund from the first dealer for the wrong diagnosis. Not sure if that will happen but I believe that they will. The warranty officially had expired a month ago.
Have a great day everyone and thanks for the great forum:

I guess you would cost to much by keep on fixing it and they are not telling the right solution.
