'87 camry fog light install (not plug and play)
I have a '87 camry and want to install fog lights using the signal lights housing. I sawed off the signal light bulb socket because it was connected to the housing. I drilled a hole in the corner light on top and used the corner lights as signals. Now I have empty signal light housings and would like to use them as fog lights. I am planning to get the bulb sockets from the junkyard from a maxima or something,anything i can find. I just want to know what parts i will need and how to install all the wires, relay, switch.
I bought a rocker switch that is rated 25 amps with 3 spots that the wires connect to (load, power, ground), a 40 amp relay with 4 spots that wires connect to (30, 85, 86, 87), fuse holder that is rated 15amps, and have 2 h3 bulbs and connectors.
I followed the diagram in the picture i uploaded and it doesn't work

I tried it without connecting it to the headlamp wires maybe that's why it doesn't work. Im not sure how many amps does it draw cause its just 2 bulbs. I bought 18 gauge solid wire from radio shack and I think i bought the wrong one.

Amps = watts/volts(12)
