89 camry heater motor, on & off all the time

my 89 camry the blower motor keeps goin on and off all the time WHY i have no idea? i do have a/c
is it the motor or the switch itself messed up?
anyone have this prob?

Does the motor always do this? Certain fan speed?
Check connections to motor and test.
