Default 93 Camry not starting all the time

We have a 93 Camry that won't start again after it has been turned off for 15ish minutes. We took it to our mechanic and the only code that came up for it was to replace the thermostat. This is very frustrating when I am running around town making several short stops. Help please.

I'd start out trying to see if it is getting spark to the plugs. That will help anyone trying to help you figure out if it's fuel related or electrical.

What Pedro said. If there is spark I would bet a possible fuel pump. I have replace a few pumps with that old of vehicle. If no spark besure to check for fuel pressure and report.
