Default 92 Camry Headlight Electrical Problem

I have a 92 toyota camry. the headlights will not come on when you turn the switch on. if you pull the handle towards you the bright lights will come on. i have checked the fuses, the headlight relay and i have changed out the entire switch handle. you can hear the head light relay work when you pull the handle for bright lights, but not when you turn the switch on. there is an intergration relay in the system. will this keep the headlights from working if itis bad. any help is appreciated. thank you, roger

I am having the exact same problem with my 92 Camry XLE, have you been able to locate the issue with this?

It might just be the bulb... have you tried that? The bulb uses different filaments for high and low beam. If the low beam filament is blow- the high beams will still work.

Both of them work...just not all the time. When (if) I get them to come on, once I use my turn signal they shut back off again and are very difficult to turn back on. I noticed that when I flip the switch to turn on the parking lamps, I can hear a click from one of the relays but once I turn it one more time to the headlight on spot, I do not hear any clicks. Could this indicate something?
