i changed the bulbs and the still dont work. anyone have this issue?

 

ok so i did some research online turns out other people had this issue turns out to be the harness broke right near the trunk hinge. mine was 2 wires a red wire and a white wire with a black stripe. i reconnected them i added 3 inches of new wire to have some play opening and closeing the trunk. i will upload pics later

 

Hey I have a 1988 V6 Camry and I have the same problem except My brakes don't work when I press the brake pedal and the reverse lights do not come on. Can this solution work?

 

Check for damaged wiring in the area of the post. If damaged the solution should work.
