Question 95 Camry Battery-Security Activation Problem

First-time Camry owner (!) had to unhook the battery for some minor front-end work (new radiator and front engine mount), and now it appears the security system has disabled the engine. I've tried using the door key to no avail so far; I also looked for the "alarm fuse" to no avail. A friend suggested it might have once had an after-market system in it. What is the cheapest way to figure out what to do? My baby won't start!

Would not start as in turns over but does not start?

Do not think this year of Camry did not have a factory or dealer installed immobilizer system. If it did check for a blinking red light on the dash panel.

If aftermarket check for reset button or switch under the dash.

Suspected all alon it was after-market, but there was nothing under the dash. Ended up having to use a pro to disable/remove the prior owner's system.... Thanks, though.
