I had my temp gauge go out the other day, so I bought a temp sensor for it and replaced it. The sensor broke off as I was removing,so I loosed the whole housing where the rad cap goes to make room. I got lucky with a easy out, but dropped some anti freeze. With everything back together, I started the car and added antifreeze. Temp gauge is know working, but now the fans dont come on. They worked before I opened the hood. I thought I had air in the system but ran it and burped it pretty good. After looking at the manual, I took the temp sensor plug off for the radiator fans and the fans started working. It measured .4 to .7 ohms at 180', so I'm guessing its bad. But I want to make sure, it costs over $100.00.

Anybody have any ideas, on what else it could be or what else I can test next before I buy It? Thanks
