96 Camry Will Not Spark
I've got a 96 Camry that will not spark. If I Cross Out the EFI Relay it will crank. Currently I've changed the PCM, Circuit Opening Relay and the Engine Compartment Distribution Center. Basically I've run out of options. If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

The engine will not crank with the EFI relay crossed, can you clarify this more?
Have you checked to make sure the timing belt is not broken, determine if the rotor turns as you crank the engine.

Have you made sure the distributor is actually turning? Did the distributor include a new coil?
