Default 99 camry window problems

I've got a 99 camry and I'm having problems with the rear driver side window. I have replaced the regulator, motor and the switch in the rear door as well as the master control switch on the driver door and I still can't get the window to go up. It will go down but not up. I have checked the voltage on everything and it's getting power but neither the front nor the back switch will make it go up. Can any one tell me what my problem is.

thanks for you help!!!

The window wiring is somewhat complicated.

There are two wires running from the master switch to the individual window switch.

The individual switch has several functions. When OFF it allows these two wires to connect directly to the motor wiring. Changing electrical polarity of the wires via the master switch direction makes motor turn one way or the other.

The wires coming from the master switch might be Green/Black and Red/Black in color at the individual switch.

There is another 12+ wire running directly to the individual window switch (Blue). This wire is hot when ign switch position allows windows to operate.

The purpose of the blue wire is to power the window directly (12v+) via the individual switch rather the master switch.

The other function of the individual switch is when operated to direct this 12v+ power to the one or the other motor wires (Green or Red wires run from individual switch to motor) depending on its position. The switch then connects the other wire to one of the two wires from the master switch to complete the circuit.

The window motor is not grounded like other electric motors on the car.

If the windows can go down but not up with both switches, one of the wires going to the master switch is broken. Most likely the Red/black wire.

A typical location for damage is the wiring harness between drivers door and chassis. This wiring flexes with door usage then can break. Check this wiring.

Note: the wire color may change at junction box between window switch and master switch.

Green/Black at the motor may become Green/Yellow at the master switch. Red/Black may become Red/Yellow.

The issue is mostly wiring, not switch or motor.
