Default 99 CE turn signal

I have a 1999 Camry CE and for as long as I can remember, the turn signal flashes faster than normal when the headlights are on. Even when the parking lights are on, it will flash fast. Has anyone had this problem or know what causes it? The car hasn't been in any accidents as far as I know.

Thanks

The taillights/parking lights are also on with the headlights thus suspect the issue is with the taillights.

Check the trunk wiring to the bulbs for damage or poor connections, poor connections at the ground wire points to chassis. The bulb electrical contacts and sockets for corrosion.

Check the wiring harness for damage where it goes from the chassis to the trunk lid, this can break down over time due to flexing.

Check to see if any of the bulbs are out. Some vehicles will do this when there's a burnt out bulb in one of the lights.

None of the bulbs are burnt out. I checked all four, with parking lights on, headlights on, and all lights off. All four lights do it.

I have a v-net net book and it is running windows CE. When ever i turn it on at home it says i am connected (Wireless) I cannot access any web pages. Again it says connected signal strength excellent. When ever i bring up internet explorer it says cannot find server or DNS error.

Check for power at the bulb socket. Check the socket ground wire for continuity with the chassis ground.
