Can I use Valvoline Multi-Vehicle (ATF) Full Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid when changing power steering and transmission fluid in place of Dexron ii or iii on a 1999 Toyota Camry?

The PS system is less reactive to fluid types it serves as a hydraulic fluid only. .
