Default Acceralets when cold

I had my 2005 camry v6 xle tuned up. Bad idea. Ever since then it accelerates on startup until the engines warms. Usually about 5 to 10 minutes. It will acclerate to 20 mph without touching the gas. If u stop and let off the break and its still cold it will tske off on its own. Its a slow take off so its not like its out if control. It idels at 2000 rmp for 1 min then drops to 1200 after that.
I took it took back to the shop 5 times. They also took it to a toyota dealership and they couldnt figure it out. They did the following
Tested the vacuum seal. There were no leaks.
Did the relearning to set the idle twice. It made the accleration only last 10 instead of 20 min but its still doing it.
Took apart the throttle body.

Ultimately they said it cant be fixed because its something with the computer. This is so frustrating because it was working fine up to that point for 210000 miles. Any help would be appreciated . I am not a mechanic so im at a loss here.

What did the the tune up involve in terms of work done?

Is the real problem the high idle which causes the care to move as if throttle is pressed?

If the issue is the computer search ebay for a low cost used replacement. Get the exact same part number as shown on old computer.

Id have to contact the shop for what they did but im sure it was standard stuff air filter spark plugs etc. I know they said the computer was not giving any error codes and they couldnt know for sure what was wrong.
Any further thoughts are appreciated.

If engine ran normally prior to the "tune up" and not now, suggest the mechanic left a vacuum hose or electrical connection off during the work. A tune up should not change the idle speed.
