My wife was driving today in the rain and heard a pop. She pulled over and the battery drain light came on and the steering wheel would not turn. I replaced the battery, (the battery in the car would not hold a charge), but got the same results. Any help?

 

Checked your fuses, PS fluid/belt? Year/engine?

 

IS it the timing belt???
