blown fuse?
today i left my headlights on therefore when i came out from work my battery had died...the problem is that the positive connector from my battery cables to my battery (on the left side) had been going bad so it wasn't connected to the battery very securely. when m friend jumped my car it started sparking and the car wouldnt start...
we believe that he crossed the wires but besides that the alternator fuse was blown...my question is that if i replace the battery and the alternator fuse will the car start?
i have a 1994 toyota camry btw

Is the battery now bad or just need recharging?
Check all fuses as more then one can blow.
There is also a fuse box behind the drivers side ash tray.
Typically replacing any blow fuses solves the problem.
A few fuses to focus on are AM1, AM2, Ignition, Starter.
Make sure the AM1 and AM2 fuses are actually receiving power as the wiring has a few fusible links between these fuses and the battery.
