Default Camry - Hesitation/Stuttering/bad MPG

(Thanks Toyomo for the reply to my post over the weekend!)

1993 Camry LE, 260K Miles

I still have the same problem of hesitation & stuttering with Not-so-good MPG (15-16MPG) when trying to punch the gas peddle for acceleration. It seems to run better and smoothen out at around 3500RPM. The symptoms are worsened when the A/C is turned on...

Toyomo helped alot over the weekend! On his advice, I replaced the coolant temperature sensor first which made the biggest difference in improved performance.

-Next, I replaced the Ignition Coil with minimal improvement (luckily only $40 and 2 hours of my labor)

-Next, I replaced the Throttle Position Sensor with some improvement (used one pulled from another Camry at a junkyard, seemed in very good shape compared to my OEM TPS. ...

Still, the same symptoms are lingering...

Toyomo also recommended checking the fuel pressure to see if a new pump would be in order..

Any other recommendations?
(this problem is very frustrating at this point!!!!)

I read your prior thread to this one as well. Sounds like your on the right track. Have you considered checking your cat converter? a plugged one can cause loss of power. Also just a thought a leaking manifold will cause and unmetered air leak and cause your o2 sensor to see lean which will richen your fuel mixture hence the flooding?
