I spoke to the dealership after buying some parts..

I had a vacuum leak for some time that I just found and fixed this weekend.

they said that it takes about 20 starts of the car for the computer to get back to normal function after fixing a problem???

is this true about the toyota ECM computer??

 

Its the first time I heard, I have toyota ECM computer installed but its working perfectly maybe some problem on the part of the program.

 

Sometimes after adjusting the timing the engine idles poorly for time but 20 starts?

What parts are you replacing?
